Hey does anyone have any opinions on Odd Future?

Festivals are for yuppie suckers without interest in exploring music on their own.

12:33 - Dumbest comment of the week (big win b/c some of those Prince Rama comments were beyond awful)

This is usually one of the better festivals out there because it tends not to have all the same Pitchfork/generic alternative dribble spewing at the seams. It's organized by FYF if I'm not mistaken, right? Look at FYF Fest and times that by two and you get FFFF. Only thing this is currently light on (and it's way too early to even tell) is the punk and hardcore, which make the festival kickass.

It's at Auditorium Shores instead of Waterloo Park this year.

i went to 2008. cro mags, adolescents, dead milkmen, municipal waste, DOA, ...so fucking good. good start with X!

FYF is not really involved. FYF help out with Mess With Texas. But FFF is mostly Transmission Entertainment.

Ahh okay. They seem to book a lot of the same bands and I recall FYF giving a shout out to them after announcing their fest's lineup.

1:41 U R right and Transmission will probably book some of the Riot Fest (Chicago) acts as well.

Love FFF for the Black Stage.
That is about all though. The rest is uber-hipster being it is Austin

Three days of beards and hippies is too long. I love to hate you Austin. See you in November. And probably August, September and October too.

Another post on Austin totally just made me lose my wake-n-bake buzz.
NO FUN
