Well, your mom calls me Honey, but you can call me Daddy. Now, go get me a beer, sonny.

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 3:21 PM

Cool, I'd love to hear a new EP of the band that made the Melvins more watered down than Bud Light!

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 3:24 PM

ah, now you're talking about DFA 1979, and I agree

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 3:30 PM

Big Business is a killer band.

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 4:25 PM

big business were great at the music hall!

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 4:27 PM

I agree with the video, way too many boys whose parents beat them for pass times when they were younger at this show.
There are two types of mosh pits:
1. A positive celebration where people bounce into and off of each other.
2. A negative experience where people don't know what to do other than beat people up while the band is playing.
Fuck you! to the people in category 2.
I'm glad you fell on the concrete floor and I'm glad that chick knocked your ass down. Go away bonehead

waaaah, we want more sleigh bells! you "brooklyn vagins" were all about electroclash too. how'd that work out for you? oh right.. oops! big biz forever!

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 4:40 PM

4:37: Does idiotic hardcore dancing fall under number 2?

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 4:56 PM

Big Business fagbots come onto a Brooklyn music site and insult Brooklynites and their tastes. How ya think that's gonna work out for ya, princess?

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 4:59 PM

i was at the show, and you are right. as i thought they were great, they were lacking in a few departments. deep v necks, face paint, big floppy hats, and a gimmick. i would have really dug it if they dialed that in

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 6:22 PM

Yeah, his band sucks about as much as
GETTING LAID!

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 6:29 PM

"Yeah, his band sucks about as much as
GETTING LAID IN PRISON BY A BIG BLACK MAN!"

Wow, I figured that you fans from East Buttfuck were typical douches, but I had no idea that you were also flaming homosexuals. That explains a whole lot - thanks for clearing that up for us.

How can anyone hate on Big Biz?

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 6:54 PM

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 7:09 PM

"How can anyone hate on Big Biz?"
"hat is a great question"

what are you, a pansy?

Posted by Anonymous | July 25, 2011 7:50 PM

90% of these kids ARE NOT from Brooklyn, NOT from NY. You're just.renting.space.

"Cool, I'd love to hear a new EP of the band that made the Melvins more watered down than Bud Light!"

i bet you only discovered the melvins after reading about them in vice. jagoff.

Posted by Anonymous | July 26, 2011 7:26 PM

"i bet you only discovered the melvins after reading about them in vice. jagoff."

Bzzzt! Wrong! Try again! Been a fan since '95. Dig the SHIT out of Houdini, Stag, and especially The Maggot (which smokes any Melvins album after combined!). Their lastest is pretty good though.

I don't even know what "vice" is, much less read it.

Thank you for playing! Also, it's "jackoff", not "jagoff". What's a "jagoff"? Is that a type of jaguar?

Posted by Anonymous | July 26, 2011 7:45 PM

You've never heard of a jagoff? Really? You're a fucking moron. By the way, Big Business rules, you pussy.

Posted by Anonymous | July 29, 2011 2:08 AM

You make no sense by the way, you say thought the Melvins last CD was pretty good, which features Big Business' members. Yet, a previous comment says you think they "watered down" the Melvins. Are you saying you like watered down music, you fucking moron. Get your shit straight, son.

Posted by Anonymous | July 29, 2011 2:14 AM

Enough of this childish bickering / fudgepackery. If the Big Business EP is actually out today, anyone have any clue where it can be had / downloaded? It's not on iTunes / eMusic / anything yet...

Wow, nice. I was looking for something that's not mainstream, because they tend to follow the trend, and I'm old school. But the artwork is not that good...

Posted by CoolGadgets | October 16, 2012 3:49 AM

I hate people saying that a band sucks before even listening to any of the songs. As for me, I have an open minded and a passion for underground artists. I loved the songs (especially Ice-Cold War). Keep up the good work!

Posted by Coredore | March 4, 2013 9:27 AM

This band is not that bad actually. Do they have a Facebook fan page?

Posted by scipherdean | June 28, 2013 10:56 AM

Only 4 songs? I wish they had more. Can you give us an update on their current album? Don
