Cut Copy's upcoming tour now has pre-sale tickets (username: cut, password: copy). The tour currently kicks off in NJ on September 13 at Wellmont Theatre with Washed Out and Midnight Magic, but has no NYC date.

Cut Copy and Midnight Magic meanwhile play Prospect Park on August 11 with Foster the People. Tickets are still on sale. Washed Out's upcoming Bowery Ballroom show is sold out.

Speaking of "internet community" pre-sales, Chromeo are doing one too (username: chromeo, password: tickets) for their upcoming tour which was just announced. The pre-sale also includes an option for an autographed vinyl ticket package which consists of one GA ticket, one autographed vinyl of Business Casual, one limited edition commemorative laminate, and early entry into the venue the night of the show. The tour doesn't include any NYC dates at the moment, but it does hit Philly on Halloween, as well as Austin City Limits and Pop Montreal.

Chromeo also has a remix EP coming out for the track "When the Night Falls" (feat. Solange Knowles) on July 26 via Big Beat/Atlantic. The EP features remixes by Hercules & Love Affair, Lifelike, Breakbot, and a cover of the song by Mayer Hawthorne, the latter two of which Chromeo are touring with. Grab the Breakbot remix above.

Whenever I see a post about a band I mildly enjoy, I always make sure to check the comments section to see what you whiny cunts think of them. And you never disappoint, BV.

I don't understand why they're not coming to Vancouver. That pisses me the hell off.
