Charlie Parker Jazz Fest cancelled, Bethel Woods stuff too

Saturday and Sunday of the Charlie Parker Jazz Festival are both now cancelled (previously it was just Sunday).

Bethel Woods Center For the Arts has cancelled a Sunday night NY Pops concert, and they've postponed a wine festival scheduled for the same day. Saturday night's Stevie Nicks concert is still a go for now though.

Do you know why?

um. hurricane?

Subway and bus are cancelled starting tomorrow at noon, so most shows would be empty, even those that are indoors.

everything is canceled. evacuate the city. now.
