Fuck yeah! Don't care that it's at Terminal 5, show will be fun. All you idiots complaining about the sound are the ones who probably get stuck standing in that wind tunnel shit on the side.

Seeing them for the first time, at Del Mar racetrack, a week from Friday!

One band I am very glad to see getting some well deserved recognition and playing bigger rooms.

woohoo!

Seriously 10:13-10:30? You people have no taste

Darlin' don't you go and dye your hair
Do you think it's gonna make him change?
"I'm just a boy with a dye job"
And that's a pretty nice dye job

Can't believe these asshats are playing T5 now. This retro cheese belongs at a state fair or, at best, at Spike Hill on a Tuesday night.

woooow

Posted by ramos | August 25, 2011 10:47 AM

should be 2 nights at bowery. t5 ain't got no soul for soul music

Posted by Anonymous | August 25, 2011 10:59 AM

that dude had highlights....lulz....

I ain't tryin to hate b/c this band definitely sounds good, but aren't they kinda like an indie version of a wedding band? I saw them at Bowery last time and enjoyed it for a few songs, and then was like, "ehhh... okay. I get it." I think the big thing they were missing was a guy (or girl) wailing on an electric guitar.

I think you nailed it, 12:15. Definitely a wedding band. It's really just that the soul revival scene already has plenty of good legitimate bands and doesn't really need these poseurs.

this guy has NO soul at all!

Posted by Anonymous | August 25, 2011 1:23 PM

i've seen this, it's a Tim Heidecker sketch. it's funny

Posted by Anonymous | August 25, 2011 1:54 PM

I don't know, but I've been told, a bleached-banged man ain't got no soul

Posted by Anonymous | August 25, 2011 2:47 PM

12:49 FTW

Posted by Anonymous | August 25, 2011 2:51 PM

One of the lamest bands. They're like an out-of-touch wedding band.

Posted by Anonymous | August 25, 2011 3:53 PM

I'd describe these guys as a wannabe soul band that write songs like Maroon 5.
