SBTRKT wearing an AraabMUZIK shirt at PS1 in July (more by Vincent Cornelli)
SBTRKT

After an awesome PS1 set, a live collab with Drake in Toronto, and playing Camp Bisco and Glasslands, UK dubstep producer SBTRKT will return to North America for a live headlining tour in October and November. As we learned from SBTRKT's last visit to North America (and confirmed in a new press release), live sets mean him and Sampha, who sings on the album. The tour stops in NYC twice. First on October 31 at Bowery Ballroom and then hits Brooklyn the next night, November 1 at Music Hall of Williamsburg. AraabMUZIK, who SBTRKT is a fan of (check out the picture above), opens a few dates on the tour including the Halloween Bowery Ballroom date. No opener has been announced for the MHOW show. Tickets for both shows go on sale Friday, August 12 at noon. All dates are listed below.

As mentioned, SBTRKT will DJ at Electric Zoo in Randall's Island on September 4. He also DJs North Coast Festival in Chicago a day earlier (9/3). Tickets for Electric Zoo are still on sale.

AraabMUZIK will also be in NYC THIS Friday (8/5) at Santos Party House for a S!CK Party with White RIng Laurel Halo (who plays The Stone tonight 8/4), Blissed Out, and others. Tickets are on sale now. Check out a flier for this show below. AraabMUZIK dropped his first official full length Electronic Dream this past June. You can purchase that on iTunes.

If I want to I could jump off this building.
I could hold two pieces of doo-doo in my hand.
I could call everybody in that room a rubberneck.
I can say anything that I want.
I could wave my hand in my air.
I could stick my hand up my nose.
I could hold my foot and count to three.

I can do anything.

In recent times, the American south and west have gained House seats according to demographic changes recorded by the census and includes more minorities and women although both groups are still underrepresented, according to one view
