The Rapture at FYF Fest 2010 (more by Rachel Carr)
The Rapture

We recently mentioned that The Rapture go on a European tour in support of their upcoming LP In the Grace of Your Love after a sole US show happening on August 20 at MHOW. That show has long been sold out. If you don't have tickets, you can try to catch The Rapture when they return for another NYC show on September 23 at Webster Hall. Tickets for the 9/23 show go on sale Friday (8/12) at noon with an AmEx pre-sale starting Wednesday (8/10) at noon.

No other US shows have been announced (yet?). In October they return to Europe for more touring. Updated dates and the DFA White Out Session for "How Deep Is Your Love?" below...

How is this band still floating around. And they sold out a show? They haven't released anything decent since Echoes. And the best tracks were sung by the guy that left the band!

the awful second album was mostly the work of the guy who left the band.

Haven't listened to this band since like 2003 but that new track is pretty great. Hated looking at that bass players face, so, glad he's gone.
