besides the bar, webster is a great place to see a show. as long as it's not packed to the gills. the sound is great.

MHoW, obviously trumps all - but webster will get LOUD.

10:19 is right, but that bar is really atrocious. Service, prices, selection? All horseshit.

Huh? I much rather see a show at Webster Hall than MHoW. WH is much better after their renovation a few years ago. Plus you don't have to worry about the L or G having service issues.

"Plus you don't have to worry about the L or G having service issues."

What? Doesn't everyone live in walking distance from MHOW? Wouldn't people have to worry about whether the L or G was having service issues if they were going to Webster Hall?

@12:30 maybe you should start reading manhattan vegan.

"Huh? I much rather see a show at Webster Hall than MHoW."

Agreed. MHOW is nice, but most people go for that because it's within close proximity (or walking distance) for the usual WBers.

WH is cool, plus you can go drunken club danicing afterwards! Haha!

Why do you young-uns bother commenting on our old fart music? When I was your age, I didn't talk about 40-year-old's music -- I didn't care. Why do old bands threaten you so much?

Maybe you should have cared when you were younger. Now you're just a grumpy piece of shit with only 40 years of music knowledge.

If you dont learn about the past, you will be doomed to repeat it.

@12:30

Im just as surprised as you are to learn that David Yow didnt ask you for your preference as to where they should play.

Get over yourself.

I don't care where they play in NY, I'll go see them twice.

'Maybe you should have cared when you were younger. Now you're just a grumpy piece of shit with only 40 years of music knowledge.
If you dont learn about the past, you will be doomed to repeat it.' whoever wrote this it a waste of breath. I assume they're parents paid for them to go to $100,000 art school and they make incredibly dull commercial art and music for the incredibly dull people..
