Their Saturday show at Brooklyn Bowl was cancelled, but the Daytrotter tour hits the Living Room in NYC tonight with Cerebral Ballzy who didn't get a chance to play the Afro Punk Fest on Sunday.

1:52: Because it is still the day they were born on. The person might not increase in age, since they're dead. But if they didn't have a birthday, that would mean they we're never born.

And if you were referring to the "happy" part, I think that is "happy" on the people who want to appreciate/celebrate the person's life.
