chavez are 98% as good as they were in the 90s and still better than almost anything going on since. 1 small disappointment: james lo can no longer play "repeat the ending" (one of my great live show memories of era past - he was machine-like) so they really shouldnt encore with it. but still fucking phenomenal band.
