CMJ previously annpounced two small lists of bands playing the NYC fest from October 18-22. If you go to their website now though, you'll see many, many more (including Braids, Weekend, Active Child, Pepper Rabbit & Blue Hawaii, not to mention Skeletonwitch, Kvelertak and TOMBS.)

I think you meant to write "all shows taking place 10/18-22 in NYC have all been re-branded as CMJ shows."

WOW. 900 bands spread out through 5 days, I definitely think it's worth the price of a badge. Heard Cerebral Ballzy is performing! :D That's bound to be exciting.

I definitely cannot believe they're getting 900 artists for this festival! I want to see sooooo many. And the panels are bound to be even better. Buy your passes ASAP because this is something you won't want to miss! :)
