What the fuck is yom kippur?

Yom Kippur is a middle eastern dish, now gaining a new popularity in the North Brooklyn crowd. It comprises a large chai-tea infused falafel ball, liberally coated with hummus, and served with a tabouleh garnish.
I am quite excited for this "Yom Kippur" show as I am sure the MHOW lounge will feature many top Syrian chefs preparing samples of the dish for us to try.

^ That sounds Awesome. I'm driving from the midwest to enjoy this exotic middle eastern dish at the RAA show at the MHOW!

It is refreshing to see that a band from Alberta, Canada is so well versed in the art of hummus. Typically most bands that hail from our northern neighbor (e.g. any Spencer-Krug related project) are sorely lacking in their hummus appreciation.
