I have an interesting story about my landlady. She was an older woman whom I paid my 1400 a month too, but when I fell behind she used to write me these mean letters about the importance of being a responsible adult... So one day, feeling rather dashing, I invited her over for dinner to quiet the situation til I received my next paycheck... Well I set the table with my nice silver ware and had the Pinot noir sitting on ice. When she finally arrived I offered her some hummus and her mood turned so jolly she actually started to dancing this old fashioned 50s dance move thing and we managed to really have a nice time together!
