Fucked Up

Fucked Up's previously announced show with Titus Andronicus at Le Poisson Rouge is now sold out, so they added another one which is happening one day later, on November 15th, at Warsaw in Brooklyn. Tickets are on sale. Fucked Up will be playing their album "David Comes to Life" in full.

Maybe Amy Klein will be there for the show, but not on stage.

Guys,
I'm from Ohio and never been to LPR or Warsaw....which venue is better soundwise? Also what's the capacity for both places?

Sincerly,
Hipster

"haters .... so predictable

I was at the GWAR show and I DID have fun. Nothing wrong with having fun with seeing whoever you like.

AND I like these two bands, but I can't make the shows unfortunately.

@ 10:24 One person made a negative comment, not 20. Can it be you are just a tad sensitive?

p.s. I am not putting them down, but I don't understand why you are relating them to the legendary GWAR.

Let's see if either of these bands lasts 27 years.

^ Hey, it's "lol dude"! How are ya big guy?

So how was the weekend? Crazy one for me, that's for sure!

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 10:59 AM

Hipster,
LPR has one of the best soundsystems in the city.

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 11:00 AM

But Warsaw is a fun venue.

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 11:05 AM

lol weekend was good lol thanks for asking lol

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 11:11 AM

I never feel like it's loud enough at LPR.

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 11:14 AM

I love Dom, hummus, skinny pants, and mustaches.

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 11:15 AM

@11:00 but LPR also has terrible sight lines. I'm 6 feet tall and can only see the band if I'm within the first couple of people from the stage. At least at Warsaw you can see the band.

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 11:15 AM

LPR is sold out.

Yea those columns are kind of a bummer. But this show is in the round so I'm interested to see what they're gonna do.

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 11:27 AM

11:23: I'll give that a B-.

I think you can do a bit better, you can have a second try if you wish.

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 11:34 AM

To the kids going to this show: You are what punk is for. Punk is in you. Now go and do whatever you want with it.

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 11:49 AM

Why thank you ...

Fat fucker feigning "Fat Core" music finds publicity on FOX news? Fuck that you blubbering, blabbering, blobster. You post your musings on a blob.Your a blobber. Your band is hip because you have a chick bass player.. she would be much cooler if she too were super fat.. but no .. you had to stick with the formula .. in fact you look like you never stopped drinking "formula" from birth.

If you lost 100lbs for your next record (just for that project...then gain it back ..) I would respect you and buy 10 copies of each record.

The stage at LPR is too low and there are many columns.

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 12:46 PM

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 1:05 PM

11:52 lol almost sounds like Billy Milano

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 2:29 PM

"LPR has one of the best soundsystems in the city."

Correct, but the speakers are set up in with no rhyme or reason which results in total mud.

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 2:46 PM

I hate LPR. Never fucking ending pledge drives!!

Posted by Anonymous | October 25, 2011 3:05 PM
