I just took a sherry tasting class with James Blake at Brooklyn Kitchen. He's a big fan of Oloroso.

Portishead. Night 4. Clearly the event not to be missed. For all you non ticket holders, I saw a bunch of scalpers selling tix outside yesterday. Don't know if they were legit, but all I'm saying is they were AMAZING last 3 shows.

i thought the singer in light asylum was frohawk's long lost twin, but with a flat top instead of a frohawk, but alas as i moved closer to the stage to see austra, lo and behold, frohawk himself was before my very eyes...

portishead was amazing!

For me Portishead was very good, with great moments, but doesn't warrant the over the top accolades that have been posted.
