Conrad Murray found guilty in Michael Jackson's death

Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson. This was posted today on MichaelJackson.com:

The Estate of Michael Jackson and Michael himself has always believed the jury system works and despite the tragedy that brought about this trial we are in agreement with the jury's verdict. In this case Justice has been served. Michael is missed on a daily basis but his genius and his music will be with us forever. He is "the greatest entertainer that has ever lived"

I think there's no doubt that Dr. Murray was responsible for the death of Jackson. Someone like that should not be an MD. Just IMO.

7:36, I thought the same thing at first, but this guy was a doctor, he has a duty to prescribe the proper amount of proper drugs, and while MJ most likely used his star power/money to get the doctor to skirt the ethics of his profession, the dr still dun goofed

Well 12:44 he was not found guilty because as a pop singer he was not required to follow a code of ethics so he was not accountable for any of his actions (according to 10:36). Too bad he wasn't a doctor, or he would have been in prison a long time ago.

Incorrect 1:12.
The correct answer is that a jury of his peers found him not guilty. Peers that were presented with compelling evidence from both sides.
THe truth is that those 12 people decided that he was not guilty.
To say that there was no proof misrepresents the process, and the truth.
