Disma at Saint Vitus (more by Greg Cristman)
Disma

Mortuary Drape have unfortunately cancelled their entire US tour with Inquisition, including their appearance at Rites of Darkness and their 12/2 date at The Studio at Webster Hall with Negative Plane who has also dropped off of the bill. Inquisition is still playing though and the new-look 12/2 show will NOW instead also include appearances from Disma and Agrath. Tickets are still available.

If you can't make it to The Studio at Webster Hall, Inquisition will join Dark Funeral, Abigail Williams, and Gigan for a string of US dates that will hit Gramercy Theater on 1/30. Tickets are still available. Full tour schedule is below

The Studio show is one of many lined up for Daryl Kahan of Disma who will also do double duty on 12/17, first as part of Citizens Arrest at ABC No Rio, and then with Funebarum who plays with Acheron (the band), Goreaphobia, and Mutant Supremacy that night at Saint Vitus (ticketing info forthcoming).

All Inquisition tour dates and some video is below.

"Crush The Jewish Prophet" WTF? Classy bands you are supporting BBG.

Posted by Anonymous | November 16, 2011 6:30 PM

There aren't that many posts because hipster metalheads have no idea who Mortuary Drape are....

Posted by Anonymous | November 16, 2011 10:04 PM

Haha BV has no class due to supporting Inquisition. Classic

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 1:03 AM

Seeing how little of a problem Inquisition has with being on a label that excels in releasing music by white supremacists, questioning classiness is actually spot on.

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 6:25 AM

6:25 Which label mates of Inquisition are White Supremacists?

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 7:50 AM

anti-semitic sausage

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 8:03 AM

People are now hating on hate? What have these comments come to... (shakes head in disgust)

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 8:31 AM

In all fairness, there's a ton of hypocrisy when it comes to religion bashing. People don't seem to care when metal bands spit on a cross, or burn a bible or make songs about torturing Jesus, but do something similar to Judaism you're labeled an anti-semite, or say something bad about Muslims you're quickly called a racist. Christianity gets trashed but the other religions are untouchable by the PC crowd.

^yeah but six million Jews got burned in ovens because of anti-semitism. You sound like an apologist for these hateful sausages.

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 9:00 AM

I'd like to have 6 million hipster sausage commenters burned too.

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 9:15 AM

9:00 - I'm not apologising for anti-semetism or racism. I'm pointing out that most people are hypocrites when it comes to the topic of religion. Why is it OK to bash one religion and not another? In doing so, one proves that they themselves are the bigots. It's ironic that the politically correct tend to be the most judgmental/bigoted lot there is.

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 9:21 AM

To be fair, I think that anti-religion, no matter what it is, is a fundamental part of Rock n Roll. In this case, the Inquisition song is anti-Christ, not anti-Jewish:

We are the warriors of Satan's legion
We are the soldiers of infernal war
Knife in my hand, axe in the other
We are the killers in search of Christ

Crush, Crush, Crush... Jesus
Crush, Crush, Crush... Jesus

lulz, this shit is so terrible I cant take it seriously enough to be offened. I mean those lyrics are straight up hilarious. You sausage bros are out of your minds.

Graveland
Darken quote "I do not think Graveland is an NSBM band. Graveland is regarded as a NSBM band because of my political convictions, [which] most people would call extreme right-wing National Socialist convictions."

Nargaroth
Kanwulf quote “German Hateful and Misanthropic Metal, made from White man for White man.”

stay classy sausages

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 11:17 AM

You'd be surprised how much class "sausages" can show as opposed to..., well I don't even have to say it :)

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 11:36 AM

wow what a bummer. now I'm not going to be able to look at the guy who delivers my pizza without secretly suspecting he is a hate monger.

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 12:09 PM

^ Just talk like Daniel Carver for a little while to hold him off. You should be fine afterwards.

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 12:45 PM

11:04...That kanwulf comment isn't racist...remember FUBU?

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 12:51 PM

Hitler, ficken, oi!

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 1:47 PM

By "Funebarum" you mean Funebrarum? There's nothing about that show anywhere else...

Posted by Anonymous | November 17, 2011 4:15 PM

How true that is. Not familiar with all of these bands but some people cry wolf because they cant dare have their religion criticized.
Mormons are trashed very often as well as all denominations of Christianity all the time especially in the media.

"In all fairness, there's a ton of hypocrisy when it comes to religion bashing."

I think what's creepy isn't religion bashing, but when people are bashing a religion of a group they are not culturally a part of. Christians (or former Christians) bashing Christianity? No problem. Jews hating on Judiasm? I don't care. Muslims criticizing Islam? Also not a problem.

It gets disturbing when you have dudes on a label with NSBM trash naming a song "Crush the Jewish Prophet". Sorry, but my "racist!" censors go off, big time.

Posted by Anonymous | November 19, 2011 7:27 PM

At least everybody here loves hummus. It's such a great bonding thing between cultures.

Posted by Anonymous | November 19, 2011 8:20 PM

Isn't Mortuary Drape the same thing as what either of us are?

Posted by Quanyon Horr | November 19, 2011 9:28 PM

I think many posters are missing out on the Love this band has for Satan, Lucifer, and Baal by focusing on the hate they have for god. look on the bright side people, jeez.

Posted by Dave | December 4, 2011 10:26 AM

Well, they're playing at a bar in Brooklyn tomorrow, owned by Jews, playih with supporting acts that have Jewish members with a Jew loving sound engineer. Wonder how that will go.

Posted by Anonymous | April 25, 2012 2:33 PM

Even for sausage rock this band is straight up clown shit.

Posted by Anonymous | April 25, 2012 2:54 PM

what's this talk about sausages.
