Hannibal Buress is a freaking RIOT. I saw both him and Aziz Ansari up in Boston a year ago, and as good as Aziz was, Hannibal Buress was better.

louis ck round 2, ugh. fuck ticketweb.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 11:18 AM

Stop eating and get my shirts, Hop Sing. Chop chop, I've got other errands to do.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 11:27 AM

fucking David Chang....

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 11:50 AM

santacoon

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 11:52 AM

What a greedy bastard. Louis tickets were only 10. Aziz is nowhere near as funny, so he is not deserving of $15.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 11:56 AM

stupid waiting rooms!

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:01 PM

As predicted, same Ticketweb BS as with the Louis Ck shows. As flawed as Ticketbastard is, at least you know where you stand in a matter of minutes on whether or not you'll hget tickets.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:02 PM

Well that was easy! Guess I lucked out in the waiting room lotto.

Posted by Paul | December 7, 2011 12:05 PM

well that was easy... thanks BV!!

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:06 PM

Are you joking? There are still tix available.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:06 PM

12:02 as of now still tickets available for both shows. what are you talking about?

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:07 PM

kept refreshing and it still said tickets weren't on sale yet even though it was past noon. then 6 min after, it finally refreshed to "no tickets are avail"
what the hell?

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:07 PM

lord what a clusterf@ck. Spend 5 minutes in the waiting room, and then get popped back to a page that says tickets are not on sale yet.

Posted by lp | December 7, 2011 12:07 PM

WTF? I was on at 12 and it kept saying tickets weren't on sale yet. Then all of a sudden tickets aren't available. It has gotten almost impossible to get a ticket to anything in this city anymore.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:08 PM

If 12:07 is right, that's really unfortunate.

If 12:07 is trolling, and referencing the Radiohead debacle, then that's a hilarious troll move.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:08 PM

yea me and my friend were each able to pull 2 tix for the same show. disaster it was not.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:09 PM

Wow guess I got lucky then? No waiting room, just went straight from Not on sale yet to How many do you want?

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:10 PM

Just got two for 9:30. Keep refreshing.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:12 PM

Easypeasy. Keep refreshing

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:13 PM

yea i have 2 tix in my cart for both shows right now, don't plan on buying any of them.

just send me your billing address, credit card enough, and social sec. # and i'll hook you up brah

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:14 PM

I plan on going but walking out after 10 minutes.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:16 PM

Lesson learned: keep refreshing. Even if says not on sale, even if it says unavailable. Inexplicably, I went from those messages, to being asked to indicate how many tickets I wanted, to being told (again) that there are no tickets, and then (after 20X more refreshes) being told that, surprise, sur-f@cking-prise, there are 2 tickets sitting in my cart.

Posted by lp | December 7, 2011 12:17 PM

hell I'm in London now and had zero issues getting tickets at 12:06. might just have to come to London to get tickets from now on.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:18 PM

TicketWeb, unlike Ticketmaster, seems to have its cache system set up that the page doesn't actually refresh if you hit reload. I was getting the "Not On Sale Yet" message at 12:01 on Firefox. Switched to Safari, bought two tickets, came back to Firefox...still "Not On Sale Yet."

Posted by Joe | December 7, 2011 12:18 PM

@1217 you can use bad words on here man, this isn't china.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:23 PM

Got 2 tix at 12:15

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:28 PM

Easy, people. He's been playing Comedy Cellar almost every week since summer. Check their website for lineup info week to week. Sure, it's not a full set but there's no need to beat yourselves up over this one.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:30 PM

Aziz is not funny. With so many comedy acts in this city, why waste money on him? He has no sense of comedic timing and his weak attempt at deadpan delivery sucks.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:40 PM

he's hardly deadpan in delivery

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 12:54 PM

Anyone interested in trading a 7PM ticket for a 9:30?

Posted by Carla | December 7, 2011 12:56 PM

He did 20 minutes at Whiplash a few weeks ago and it was great. And it's a free show.

Posted by JT | December 7, 2011 1:03 PM

12:01 was cool
walking out now in the rain
black keys for the win

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 1:06 PM

I made it to the waiting room but I walked out after 2 songs.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 1:19 PM

you know this just means he'll be doing other (unannounced) shows elsewhere.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 1:24 PM

I'm also willing to just sell my extra 9:30 ticket.

Posted by Carla | December 7, 2011 1:26 PM

I saw them both at Hannibal's free show a few weeks ago. Aziz's new shit is very solid.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 2:04 PM

aziz is very funny, although usually not on his big shows. for some reason he is funnier on his small shows - he cares less, has more controversial material, etc.

i didn't know about this comedy cellar thing but i'm gonna look into that.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 2:43 PM

ADD ANOTHER SHOW

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 3:46 PM

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 4:51 PM

two nights of pre-dinner aziz for $20 total. i love nyc.

Posted by Anonymous | December 7, 2011 4:57 PM

$15 is not bad. This one might be a possibility!

Posted by PV Installers | December 7, 2011 5:08 PM

@508 $5 for the same show at a smaller venue in NYC instead of brooklyn is much better.

Posted by Anonymous | December 8, 2011 11:45 AM

UCB East show is now sold out. I got my spots though, thanks a ton 4:26.

Posted by Anonymous | December 8, 2011 11:56 AM

posted 2 tix for 9:30 show on CL

Posted by Anonymous | December 8, 2011 12:57 PM

People still use CL? Wow...I'm getting old.
