Charles Bradley @ Bowery Ballroom
Charles Bradley

If we didn't mention it before, Charles Bradley is in fact playing Music Hall of Williamsburg on New Year's Eve along with The Budos Band. Tickets are still on sale. Charles is also heading out on the road in early 2012. Dates are scheduled around North America and Australia, and they're all listed below.

Saturday night, 12/3, two days after appearing on WNYC, Charles played a sold out show at Bowery Ballroom with Rodriquez. More pictures from that show, also below...

Bradley TURNED IT OUT last night at the Bowery Ballroom. Sold out house, adoring crowd, the BRADLEY fashion sense on full trottle as was Bradley himself. In great voice, with a few band changes since the last time I saw him play..They added a few new songs including a 15 minute funky grind that would have made the godfather of soul JAMES BROWN smile.

Beautiful photos that capture the vibe well. Would have loved it if people were more hip to Rodriguez, but he was great nonetheless. Charles Bradley = The Real Deal. Flew in from Maine for the show and it far exceeded any expectations. Damn DAMN!

If you missed it, you really missed it.

I saw CB at the Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland this past Tuesday night and he was beyond energetic. How a 65 year old veteran of the music game can tour, and continue to bring the heat the way he does is unbelievable.
