Yes it's Christmas. I didn't have much time for shopping this year, and was feeling uncomfortable about the coming hours when friends and family will be showering me with opulant gifts and I would be there empty handed. So I sat there in my evening chair thinking about my current dilemma and came up with a fantastic idea to get me out of this problem! I quickly jumped up off my seat and put on my cardigan and ran out the door... I walked a couple blocks to the local grocery store and bought an entire case of chickpeas. Once I returned home, I grabbed my food processor and got it humming along like the sound of an angel. Yes... It's a hummus Christmas this year. All my peeps gonna get a nice dose of phyto-nutrients on this wonderful day! :)
