Wow, you must feel like a real wast of life attending a show like this.

Retarded.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 2:47 PM

What's a wast?

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 2:57 PM

Looks like the cast of Cats went through a car wash

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 2:58 PM

what is it with sweden and these ridiculous bands? i mean, as an adult, how do you explain in any sort of rational terms that you're into stuff like this?

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 3:03 PM

Watain wants all your heads on spikes on stage...

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 3:28 PM

If you don't like it, don't listen and don't go. Why bother posting bullshit if you can completely avoid the scene altogether?

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 3:33 PM

these sausages are very very scarey.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 3:36 PM

3:33: Because hipsters feel the need to compensate for their vapid lives and low self-esteem.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 3:48 PM

^^No, it's just that you sausages are good for lulz.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 3:56 PM

"Looks like the cast of Cats went through a car wash"
This guy's funny. The rest of you, not so much.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 4:02 PM

Uruk-hai core? lulz, metal dudes are such losers.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 4:15 PM

"No, it's just that you sausages are good for lulz."

How do you know if I'm even a metal fan or a "sausage" as you trendies put it? Lulz? Only a hipster would use that one. Denial is never healthy, senor.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 4:19 PM

i'm perfectly secure, thanks, and far from a "hipster," whatever that even means. i'm just sincerely curious how anyone can like this, and feel good about it. i find the schtick comical and the music unlistenable. i can only imagine that this kind of thing appeals to seriously misguided or emotionally damaged people who are in pain, or adolescents who haven't developed a filter sophisticated enough to know better.

you asked why i posted it, so i'm telling you. i would genuinely be curious to hear what fans find appealing about this, hopefully something a bit more descriptive than "it rocks."

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 4:20 PM

LARP party! calling all sausages!

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 4:25 PM

Not sure if I'll dress up as a hatchet-tossing dwarf, a nimble archer or a happy-go-lucky dragon.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 4:31 PM

will there be mead and wenches?

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 4:42 PM

Indie metal heads are completely trendie.
They look the same. At least a group like Easy Action (Detroit) from hardcore rock roots dont look identical.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 4:45 PM

Foam swords are fine but please no wooden ones as these can be dangerous.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 4:46 PM

watain will fucking kill you.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 5:41 PM

^which is exactly why we don't allow wooden swords.

Posted by Anonymous | January 24, 2012 5:59 PM

BBG has awful.taste

No "Entry" Dungeons and Dragons.

Posted by WordPress Developer | January 25, 2012 7:31 AM

Wow!! i am very impressed with your lovely post.. i am so glad to left comment on this..This has been a so interesting read, would love to read more here....

Posted by Yahoo Store | January 25, 2012 7:36 AM

The "Cats" comment was great material.

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 7:58 AM

4:20 PM- You are trying WAY too hard.

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 12:14 PM

Ordered my tickets, these bands are coming from overseas and doing a national tour so you gotta show SUPPORT.
BTW death/black metal are just a progression of the heavy/thrash metal popular in the 80's, albeit with "darker" themes (musically, lyrically, image, etc). Just like any other musical genre most artists are awful/mediocre while a few, like those on this particular tour, are really good. If you never liked metal (or at least hard rock), you would probably not appreciate bands like Watain or Behemoth (nor understand the "Do Not Entry" reference above).
On the other hand, most of the readers here may like The Devil's Blood and In Solitude (easier on the eyes and ears) - just check then out on youtube ...
Although, it is surprising that there is so much HATE for metal on this Metal Blog Site!

Posted by EarlGreyTea | January 25, 2012 12:43 PM

12:43- I agree with you completely and have already gotten my ticket, but you are wasting far too much time on attention-seeking, ignorant imbeciles.

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 12:47 PM

"Just like any other musical genre most artists are awful/mediocre while a few, like those on this particular tour, are really good."

I was with you until that last bit. Earlier Behemoth was okay, but they suck now, just like Watain.

There are many metal bands doing much better, more creative stuff than these guys.
Especially metal bands that just hold onto trends from twenty years ago instead of pushing their sound.

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 1:15 PM

They should just hand out tubes of K-Y at the door. It'd be easier on everyone involved.

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 2:07 PM

I went to see Watain once. I left with a colon full of sausage. What a night, all my dreams came true!

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 2:14 PM

@3:28 PM ...is that some "gay" code describing the bands desire to be fellated onstage by members of the audience?

I win.

Posted by Corey | January 25, 2012 2:45 PM

3:03

You're a fucking fag. Honestly.

"As an adult"

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 3:01 PM

^ Bitch, I said "I WIN". What about that statement don't you understand?

Posted by Corey | January 25, 2012 3:06 PM

Is this act supposed to be "ironic"? Like, are the ridiculous costumes and the awful music part of the gimmick? No one GENUINELY likes this shit, right?

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 3:21 PM

EarlGreyTea, I appreciate your comment. Different strokes for different folks. Enjoy!

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 3:31 PM

3:21 is The Gay.

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 4:04 PM

4:04 PM would know.....

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 4:10 PM

3:21- No, people going to this show, unlike hipsters, are going because they like the music. Hipsters, on the other hand, live their lives as a response to other people or scenes, with no sincerity (see irony so overplayed its "irony" becomes questionable). Pathetic really. There is nothing original about your carbon copy music or "quirky" clothes. You might as well be a puppy nipping at someone's heels your need for attention is so apparent/transparent. And beforeyou reply with the expected "I'm not a hipster" b.s....you might be worse. You might aspire to be one.

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 5:19 PM

^^deep bro. You're like the Zizek of sausages.

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 6:29 PM

@5:19 U MAD?!? U want some maple syrup 2 go with all that butt hurt sausage?!?

LOL@ "unlike hipsters", "live their lives as a response to other people or scenes", "Pathetic really", and "your need for attention".

(wiping tears from my eyes) Priceless.

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 8:29 PM

I like the "there is nothing original about your carbon copy music or "quirky" clothes" line. If there's anything sausages would be experts on, that'd be it.

Posted by Anonymous | January 25, 2012 8:36 PM

snausages.

Posted by Anonymous | January 26, 2012 11:30 AM

Sausage=Metal, Hummus=Indie??? So confused by all this
