Islands at the Bell House in 2009 (more by Anna Scialli)
Islands

As mentioned, Islands are releasing their new album, A Sleep & A Forgetting, on February 14 via ANTI- and touring in support of it in February and March. When we first announced the tour, we said that it included a TBA NYC show set to happen on February 25. It's since been revealed that the show will take place at Le Poisson Rouge. You may have noticed that when LPR first put the show on their website it was listed as 2/24, but the show will in fact happen on February 25. Tickets are on sale now.

Islands just revealed a second track from the new album called "Hallways," which you can stream below. The new song follows the first single, "This Is Not A Song".

Updated dates and song stream below...

If there is a "mystery" to begin with here, it goes to show you that whatever was going on was not interesting in the first place.
