Pete and Pete

Didn't get a ticket to An Evening With The Cast and Crew of "The Adventures Of Pete and Pete"? All is not lost! A second show, happening earlier the same night, has been added and goes on sale Monday at noon.

I love that if you are a sclper, you can legitimately say "the 'Pete & Pete' bubble just burst," and it actually makes sense in relation to your line of work

Word is that Danny from Hey Dude is going to open the late show. Can this be confirmed?

"Word is that Danny from Hey Dude is going to open the late show. Can this be confirmed?"

This comment made my Friday afternoon. Thank you.

'hey dude' was an abomination. the last thing i'd watch on nick in that era.

"Hey Dude" may not have been amazing, but it WAS the first Nick live-action sitcom. "Pete & Pete" is in its debt.

But let's face it, none of the other Nick shows were near the quality of "Pete & Pete". "Clarissa" and "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" were solid kids shows, but they definitely weren't on the level of "Pete & Pete".

Posted by Anonymous | January 27, 2012 5:08 PM

ted from hey dude was hotter.

Posted by Anonymous | January 27, 2012 5:15 PM

yeah pete & pete was genuinely good whereas clarissa and are you afraid of the dark, while enjoyable, are utter crap.

Salute Your Shorts was the best. And the guy from Rilo Kiley was in it!

Posted by Anonymous | January 27, 2012 6:18 PM

the sexual tension was palpable on hey dude

Posted by Anonymous | January 27, 2012 6:20 PM

salute your shorts and alex mack were on pete & pete level. everything else pales

Posted by Anonymous | January 27, 2012 7:01 PM

also one could easily argue that salute your shorts was better than pete & pete

"now what if sponge, donkeylips, AND budnick came down with the chicken pox, and they had to go home! just imagine who might show up. michael jordan... jason priestley... tom cruise!"

Everyone is really showing their age with these comments.

Oh man salute your shorts was great too. Zeke the plumber!!!

I think I've discovered one of the reasons why this young generation is such a bunch of revolting pussies

growing up my parent never had cable because we were poor. fuck you and your cable loving parents.

I liked Salute Your Shorts. Clarissa was ok, I liked the video games she would play on her computer where she and her brother were characters. I remember Welcome Freshmen being on with these shows also. I didn't care for that one as much.

Fucking sold out at 12:01 ! 278 $ at stubhub for one ticket??? Suck my dick

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2012 12:21 PM

"salute your shorts and alex mack were on pete & pete level. everything else pales"

dude, I love Salute Your Shorts. I mean, LOVE. But it is really terrible while Pete & Pete was actually really good.

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2012 12:39 PM

"Welcome Freshman" damn that's obscure...... I haven't seen salute your shorts since childhood, I don't think it was released on DVD. Doesn't hold up?

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2012 1:02 PM

I am speechless to explain how these shows sold out so quick and even more so to explain the type of cretin who bought these tickets. If you did you really have to take a strong look at your life up to now and reassess and find out what went wrong and when.

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2012 1:14 PM

1:14, why waste so much energy worrying about other people. You're the fuckin cretin. A miserable one at that.

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2012 1:20 PM

Good comeback 1:20. the trusty old "I know you are but what am i"
Well done illustrating the feeble minded morons buying tickets to this.

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2012 1:22 PM

Welcome Freshman isn't THAT obscure. Fifteen is much less talked about. And Ryan Reynolds was on it.

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2012 1:23 PM

It's not a comeback, 1:22. It's the reality of the situation. You are a miserable wretch whose mommy and daddy didn't teach him manners or boundaries

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2012 1:37 PM

I had no problems at all. Started the refresh routine at 11:55.

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2012 6:05 PM

1:14 , let me explain, we are looking at one type of cretin, GREEDY ASS SCALPERS. The other tickets were sold to fans of Pete and Pete, and I don't think anything went wrong there, it was a great show. Thanks for the concern though!

Posted by Anonymous | January 30, 2012 11:49 PM

there are tickets on TM right now!

Posted by Anonymous | February 24, 2012 9:32 AM

um, or on stubhub for $7

Posted by Anonymous | February 24, 2012 10:16 AM

Holy sheet...Welcome Freshman. I can't believe I forgot about that show!
