"who's the guest for portlandia tonight?"

If you really care, you are a complete waste of space. Yes that goes for all the morons who actually bought tickets for either of these NYC shows. Shame on you for sucking so hard.

Posted by Anonymous | January 20, 2012 5:14 PM

Once more, re: the linked post here about J Wilson having played in Eisley....

It's a DIFFERENT Jonathan Wilson.

Eisley is a christian pop-punk band of sisters from texas.

The Jonathan Wilson in town is a studio pro who has works with Will Oldham, Gary Louris, Dawes, J Tillman and has toured with E Badu, E Costello, more...

His record is amazing.
Some other guy was in Eisley.

Good one, 5:04.

Dracula's Dick!!!!

"If you really care, you are a complete waste of space. Yes that goes for all the morons who actually bought tickets for either of these NYC shows. Shame on you for sucking so hard."

^^^ Someone that couldn't get tickets.

Posted by Anonymous | January 20, 2012 6:00 PM

tons of people giving away tix for mangum last night outside the venue.

Pretty doubtful as a cursory look on Craiigs shows a ton of people trying to give away the tickets. Not to mention the usual Bowery practice of selling tix at the door for all their sold out shows.

Want to try again moron? Cmon you can do better this time

Posted by Anonymous | January 20, 2012 6:51 PM

Well, for starters, 6:51, the average prices on craigslist are about double the amount of face.

Also, you put an extra "i" in "Craigs".

Makes your moron comment all the more hilarious.

Posted by Anonymous | January 20, 2012 7:10 PM

Oh shut the fuck up 7:10 you fucking liar. When did you last look on CL. A week ago? Today was a firesale. Nice try though. And really? You pointing out a simple typo as a comeback? That has to be the weakest but expected from where your first comment was.

Schmuck.

Posted by Anonymous | January 20, 2012 9:21 PM

Oh and to add to the same genius posting at 6 and 7:10. A friend of mine who wanted to go and did not have a ticket just texted me from the show. They were selling tickets at the box office when it opened tonight. He also added that there were a bunch of people trying to sell their extras outside.

Sorry 6/7:10-You lose.

Girlfight!

Posted by Anonymous | January 20, 2012 9:33 PM

you guys realize they don't even check tickets at bam after the opening act, right? (not sure if this worth posting, but what the hell; the challenge is finding a place to sit, but there's always open seats). i walked by someone at the orchestra door right after the music tapes last night that just asked if my ticket had been scanned initially. not to suggest people should try taking advantage of this, but it's pretty shit easy to walk right in without anyone looking at your ticket there (since the bars/bathrooms are outside of the seating area in the general lobbies).

9:28 posting at 9:28 on a Friday night.

Loser.

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 10:43 AM

I guess you have to pay the scalpers. It's not everyday you get to see Fred Armisen be unfunny live.

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 12:03 PM

10:43 not nearly as much of a loser as the guy up so early on a Saturday morning feeling the need to make that comment.
But yeah you really zinged 9:28 there you idiot.

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 12:30 PM

10:43am is early??

You must be from Williamsburg.

You just keep watching the world go by and keep doing what you're not doing.

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 12:41 PM

^ Another winning zing you pathetic piece of crap

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 1:56 PM

Right. No comeback from that. You are from the burg I guess.

I like this. It's just you and me now, pal. You've just stepped into the octogon.

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 2:19 PM

I gave away one ticket to Mangum last night outside the venue. Really great seat, too. I only did this, however, because I had already made $2300 on the three BAM shows and felt guilty since I was gonna use the last ticket to go inside, stare him down, and walk the fuck out.

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 3:06 PM

cool story, bro

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 3:23 PM

You just stepped into the octagon...lulz

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 3:25 PM

You just stepped into the octagon...total lulz. You have now stopped making any sense.

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 3:31 PM

Says the moron who can't make sense.

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 4:19 PM

^ Dude you seriously are a fucking idiot and your comebacks have gotten worse and worse. You have now sunk to the "I know you are but what am i" one. Just kill yourself already.

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 6:29 PM

You really need to quit your day job as a barista and start a suicide hotline. Seriously.

Posted by Anonymous | January 21, 2012 7:34 PM

^ Says the moron who can't make sense and has no originality

Posted by Anonymous | January 22, 2012 3:29 PM

Original? That's pretty much the same comeback in 4:19. Congrads. You've manage to prove you have no sense of irony either.

Posted by Anonymous | January 22, 2012 3:39 PM

First of all you obviously don't understand what irony is iackass. As well you completely missed the point of the last comment. Of course it was the same comeback. The point is the moron above that has reached the point where all he can do now is the lame "i know you are but what am I" response. So one good turn deserves another.

Posted by Anonymous | January 22, 2012 4:03 PM

What's a iackass? I didn't realize that Apple created an app specifically geared towards you.

Posted by Anonymous | January 22, 2012 4:20 PM

The jokes suck if you have to explain them. Put down the laptop, we'll call you.

Posted by Anonymous | January 22, 2012 4:43 PM

"We?" You mean there's more than one of you? Didn't realize your comments were a joint effort. Here's a suggestion: if you require another person to help you, make sure they have editing experience.

Posted by Anonymous | January 22, 2012 5:43 PM

Lol, you can bet 5:43 that it is this same idiot over and over again. And of course a moron who could not understand a joke would make that comment at 4:43.

But keep em coming halfwit. More of the "I know you are's..." and correcting typos. It's all working for ya

Posted by Anonymous | January 22, 2012 5:51 PM

Since we are on the subject of working, maybe you can explain to me the difference between tall, grande, or venti.

Posted by Anonymous | January 22, 2012 6:00 PM

All alone and angry on a Sunday night.
You really have no life whatsoever, do you asswipe?

Posted by Anonymous | January 22, 2012 6:24 PM

Sounds like you just described yourself because right now I'm the only friend you've got.

All for you, buddy. Been having quite the time putting on a show with my angry friend here.

Posted by Anonymous | January 23, 2012 6:17 PM
