ATPATP

Actually you don't need to wait until Monday. Tickets are on pre-sale now for the just-announced ATP NJ lineup (password: AfghanWhigs2012).

Why does that site say Non-Smoking: No ?

You can't smoke inside of the venues...

the price is down $50 from last year's 3-day pass, interesting.

Got my Saturday tickets. Afghan Whigs FTW!

Posted by Anonymous | February 24, 2012 11:09 AM

Let's see Afghan Whigs play all 3 days!

@11:07 Awesome news.

there are only weekend passes, friday day pass and sunday day pass...is saturday sold out already for single day?

Posted by Anonymous | February 24, 2012 11:25 AM

"there are only weekend passes, friday day pass and sunday day pass...is saturday sold out already for single day?"

It is a pre sale you mongoloid nitwit. They put very few tickets on sale to make it look like there is a ton of demand for these shows. So yes saturday day passes might be gone. Word to the wise as someone who goes every year. These shows never end up being sold out.Even the day passes. Not to mention the week before people dump day passes and weekend passes like there is no tomorrow. You can get em on the cheap easy.

hahaha 11:32 is so passionate about his little festival

Posted by Anonymous | February 24, 2012 11:38 AM

Got Saturday tickets to see the Whigs for me and 7 friends. This will make turning 40 just a little bit easier.

Posted by Anonymous | February 24, 2012 11:39 AM

11:32 - you fucking asshat. I meant the presale being sold out not the entire event. Thanks for your concern and all your advice.

Posted by Anonymous | February 24, 2012 11:44 AM

^ No you didn't. You are now trying to make it seem like you did. Nice

Posted by Anonymous | February 24, 2012 11:51 AM

11:44 needs to smoke a fatty and listen to some black bananas

Posted by Anonymous | February 24, 2012 12:02 PM

Tickets to the show may be available, but the Berkeley hotel seems to be sold out for those two days.

Posted by Anonymous | February 25, 2012 11:50 AM

^ real question - it is an easy daily commute from NYC, yes? I don't need to stay in some hotel overnight, correct?

Posted by Anonymous | February 25, 2012 12:19 PM

That is a true statement @12.19. Last year myself and 2 friends drove back and forth each day. Never took more than 1 1/2 hours each way. Late at night was even faster. Plenty of parking all around the area

Posted by Anonymous | February 25, 2012 12:41 PM

^ thanks 12:41. Do you know if train / bus service is just as convenient?

Posted by Anonymous | February 25, 2012 12:48 PM

The drive isn't bad; the train ride is painless, but long. 2.5 hours, I believe? The train station is a little over a mile from the site, but I think they have a once-hourly shuttle service.

Posted by Anonymous | February 25, 2012 2:32 PM

^ thank you. I appreciate your help and info.
To be honest, the way the site is these days I was half expecting to get called some foul names for not knowing or not having been there before or thinking to write here or having been born, etc.

Posted by Anonymous | February 25, 2012 2:57 PM

It's a real easy walk from the train station to the hotels/venues. The shuttle service fills up quick so if you don't want to wait, just walk it. Took 20 min last year.
