John Prine schedules dates; Bon Iver has a new video
John Prine
John Prine has a number of upcoming dates in the next few months. Though he doesn’t currently have any scheduled in NYC, he’s got a couple in the area including April 20 at Wellmont Theatre in Montclair, NJ with Kevin Gordon and April 21 at The Bushnell’s Mortenson Hall in Hartford, CT with Josh Ritter. Tickets for the Wellmont show go on sale Friday (3/2) at noon and tickets for the Bushnell show go on sale on Friday (3/2) at 10 AM. All dates are listed below.
In related news, Bon Iver‘s cover of Prine’s “Bruised Orange (Chain of Sorrow)” will appear as the b-side to Bon Iver’s upcoming “Towers” single which is due out on March 6 via Jagjaguwar. The video for “Towers” just recently surfaced and you can watch that below. It was directed by NABIL, who also directed the “Holocene” video.
