Webster Hall date(s)?

Webster Hall? More like T5.

Those are some incredible venues out west. Really incredible.

I want to smell that chair.

Smells of beef and cheese.

T5 would be unfortunate. Acoustics suck major ass in there.

I could see her playing Town Hall

ATP for sure. Watch the announcements next week. Greg Dulli wouldn't have it any other way.

Town Hall is possible, I feel the United Palace would make sense. Without a doubt it will be (sigh) a Bowery Presents show so 50% of the tickets will be going straight to brokers anyways.

Would Bowery Ballroom or Irving Plaza be too small for them?

Jersey City Loews. Just confirmed with Todd.

People still like Mazzy? What about Belly?

Posted by Anonymous | February 3, 2012 11:03 AM

I have a feeling that, after Hope's last NY appearance, there won't be a proper NYC show. I think it's likely they'll do ATP, or failing that, an NJ theater....probably Loews or Wellmont, maybe the one in Morristown or New Brunswick.

Hope hates this city and it seems like whatever Hope wants (or doesn't want), she gets.

Well it's not just Hope this time around. There is just too much money to be made from playing New York to pass it up.

I was lucky enough to see Hope with the Warm Inventions in Dallas a bit back, somehow I doubt Mazzy Star will be doing a full tour of the states. Sadness, indeed. I think Mazzy is one of the few bands left for me to check off my list to see before I, or the band, keep over.

that really could have been a wonderful cooter shot, but alas, it is not.
