Blck Sheep Wall

An internet search of "black sheep wall" reveals that the term is a Starcraft cheat code, but I dare you to call Black Sheep Wall a bunch of gamer nerds to their face. The LA band combines scathing sludge, droning doom, pissed-off hardcore vocals, and even some dashes of post-rock on their forthcoming LP No Matter Where It Ends. The follow-up to their 2008 I Am God, their second LP (and release overall) sees the band landing on new label home Season of Mist for their March 23rd release. Check out the new track "Ambient Ambitions" available for stream for the first time below. Recommended for fans of everything from Rosetta to Cavity to Iron Monkey to Crowbar.

So far BSW don't have any dates set aside for the East Coast, but do have shows in their native Los Angeles. For all dates and that "Ambient Ambitions" song stream, head below.

Is it bad that when I saw this picture I automatically wanted them to sound like BURN?

11:38 HAHA, exactly. Especially with this new footage from CB's show has shown up. No band was as hard as BURN in their hayday. Groove galore.
