Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O. will team with Phantom Family Halo for a month-long, country-wide tour, entitled "Last Tour in US & Canada 2012". Starting on April 6th in TX which is the state the tour ends in on May 12th, the two bands hit NYC at Knitting Factory in Brooklyn on April 30 (tickets) and Mercury Lounge on May 1st (tickets). The full tour schedule, which includes appearances from Clang Quartet on the second leg of the journey, is below.

Acid Mothers Temple welcomed two studio albums, Pink Lady Lemonade ~ You're From Inner Space and The Ripper At The Heaven's Gates Of Dark, last year. Check out a great video of the band talking about what's in their bag at Amoeba Records, with all tour dates, below....

Don't these guys have like a billion albums or something? How am I supposed to follow their stuff at their shows? Or do they just improvise here?

Yeah, last time I saw them Kawabata played some absurdly high note using some piece of metal and everyone in the club kinda of crunched down and cringed.

They always pretty rude with the banter when bush was in office with stereotyping Americans. Then again GSYBE did that too.

@10:44 Yeah, there's photos of that instrument in my review (if you click on my name). Approx half the audience left because we were in a tiny room and the sound was so shrill and bounced everywhere. Like an idiot I sat on the floor right beside him snapping pics. My then gf confirmed the ear-bleeding with her otoscope.
