Outside Lands

"Another Planet Entertainment, Superfly Presents and Starr Hill presents, in a partnership with the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department, are proud to announce the lineup for the fifth annual Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival. The world's only gourmet music festival will once again take place in San Francisco's historic Golden Gate Park August 10 - 12, 2012. Tickets will go on sale Thursday April 19 at 12 noon PDT via www.sfoutsidelands.com. A significant portion of every ticket sold will directly benefit San Francisco's Recreation and Park Department."

Yeah, typical San Francisco too cool for school. They don't want to appear lame to their constituency therefore Foo Fighters is lower on the bill.

At this stage of the game it should bee FOO FIGHTERS above all on most of these festival lineups.

great lineup. i attended this in 2008 and it has grown a lot. hope they don't schedule with such conflict the way they did then. was near impossible to see all the good bands, having to trek back and forth with narrow margins between. i missed a bunch of shit, but still had a blast.

Friends of Friends vid is okay. Nothing fancy but it celebrated friendship and that makes it impressive. Simple things like celebrating friendship is very good already.
