Back in action '90s-era indie rockers Chavez a big headlining show at Bowery Ballroom on Friday night (5/18) with Endless Boogie, one of a select set of dates for the sparsely active band. (Though a new album is said to be in the works.) The show served as a preview for their upcoming stops in London at ATP and at Primvera Sound in Spain. Chavez will also swing through the Pitchfork Festival in Chicago in July.
More pictures and the setlist from Bowery Ballroom are below, along with video of virtually the whole show -- including a new song still the band are still fine-tuning.

Chavez is such a hard working band. Everyone knows how hard Mexicans work. Glad to see they found stuff to do when it's not lettuce picking season. Sinko da miyo baby!

They play good, and boy do they know how to clean plates and pots as well! Best dishwashers we ever had, those Chavez boys.
