It's just the dates and onsale information. It's not going to be three or four weekends. Two weekends - second and third weekends in April with Stagecoach after that.

I fucking hate that hologram shit...bad jokes galore forfuckingever.

No Doubt will headline one night. Guaranteed.

Get off of Coachella's ass. They, like almost every other festival of size and recognition, announce next years dates soon after the event. Besides, what's the harm in giving people that want to escape NY/NJ (or CT, MA, PA, etc.) as much advance notice possible?

Also, don't forget that Goldenvoice BOUGHT the Indio festival site - what other festival has done that? Not many. If they want to have a festival every weekend, let 'em. I'm sure they won't be bothered if you don't come at all.
