Members of Planes Mistaken for Stars at Saint Vitus (more by BBG)
The previously discussed Planes Mistaken for Stars show at Saint Vitus is more than just a one-off after all. The re-reunited band has announced a string of East Coast dates that kickoff in Chicago at Ultra Lounge and include a swing eastward and as far south as Richmond before looping back to their home base of Peoria, Illinois. The dates include a newly added show at Maxwell's on August 9th with The Sun, The Moon, The Stars and Those Mockingbirds. Tickets are on sale.

Gared O'Donnell - guitar, vocals (1997 to 2007, 2010 to present)
Chuck French - guitar (2003 to 2007, 2010 to present)
Neil Keener - bass (2004 to 2007, 2010 to present)
Mike Ricketts - drums (1997 to 2007, 2010 to present)

Wish that reunion tour had made Denver. The Marquis posted a pic of your last show marquis last week. So many friends out here still talk about you guys. I came out here and thought surely it wasn't the same band I'd heard of back home in Peoria. Think there would have been a huge turnout here for a reunion show.
