Why Arcade Fire?
They're just Debbie Downers

>> Why Arcade Fire?

so SNL gets blog hype about their painfully unfunny show

(see it's working)

Heard David Bowie will be there (he's a huge AF fan) and Mick and David will do a skit about their infamous "dancing in the streets" video

Anyone have inside scoop on an AF show while they're in the city??? One would think they would but I have not heard anything.

Of all the rock dinosaurs, I like Jeff Beck the most. It's a shame that he has reverted to playing his older material in concert to assuage his mostly fogey audience because the stuff on "you had it coming" and recordings around then were terrific. While guitar gods are generally not relevant to what's happening in today's music, Jeff Beck still has something fresh to contibute.

I was in a port-a-potty at a festival during an arcade fire set. I sat in there the entire time listening to girls shitting violently in the surrounding loos. I had a hard on the size of a healthy forearm and whacked the shit out of my prick that evening. Still can't get the stink out of my nose and I love it.

And i found myself torn...
because this time it’s not that simple...
our choices aren’t as clear as the last elections ...
last time it was so obvious...
