I'd give it to Kathleen Edwards. Best on the list, but that Bahamas album is excellent, as is the John K Samson record.
Leonard Cohen will probably get it. If he wins, I want him to get up and tell everyone to stop covering Hallelujah.

I refuse to recognize the Polaris Music Prize after they robbed The Besnard Lakes of winning in 07 or 10.
