Liars released their new album, WIXIW, earlier this month and played their first of two record release shows at Webster Hall in NYC last night (6/20). They'll play their second release show in LA on Friday (6/22) before kicking off a full North American tour in July. The band was supported by Oneohtrix Point Never and Bubbles. I like the Liars, & I would have gone to this if it was at a halfway decent venue, but Webster Hall just isn't sonically adequate for rock music. maybe next time, if they can ever afford another NYC gig.

I always thought when my favorite artist will invite me to sing on stage with him...I guess it would be a magical time, but I can not decide to whom to put my desire on.
