These fests they keep trying to push on us suck. Enough already.

You clearly didn't go to 'talpa last year. If you had, you wouldn't say such a thing.

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 6:22 PM

Figured they'd be adding a lot more artists to make this less weak...nope. Snoop Dogg as a solo festival headliner when he frequently plays small clubs on his own? Good choice.

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 6:23 PM

lmfao this looks so fucking bad

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 6:28 PM

Seriously. Didn't Snoop play Brooklyn Bowl like 2 years ago? And he's headlining a festival?

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 6:29 PM

"Food from some of New York City's unique and top quality eateries"

I'm assuming this includes Mamouns, Oasis, and Hummus Kitchen?

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 7:26 PM

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 7:41 PM

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 7:43 PM

Hummus > Warped Tour > Catalpa

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 8:06 PM

Governor's Ball looks like coachella compared to this embarrassing faggotry.

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 8:08 PM

ahhahahahaahhahaha

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 8:13 PM

I don't understand why everyone is shitting on this festival. The Black Keys are one of the biggest rock band out there right now, a really impressive headliner for an inaugural fest.
And who doesn't enjoy TV on the Radio?

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 8:24 PM

oh please. black keys will play anywhere for the right pay check.

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 8:25 PM

black keys just played MSG, thus there presence at this festival means nothing.

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 8:46 PM

nah, 'talpa's gonna be way bigger than MSG ever was

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 10:27 PM

What a mediocre line up holy shit.

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 10:36 PM

nope.

Posted by Anonymous | July 19, 2012 11:12 PM

I dunno, 'talpa's lookin' pretty weak this year, gents. Last year was loads better than this tiresome nonsense we have ahead of us.

Are the promoters' cousins playing the 2nd and 3rd stage? Their media buy blitzes to salvage the event all over the web are annoying as shit. Not the way to go. Get a new talent buyer and book more local bigger acts and at least their 20 friends will come out.
