Cloud Nothings at Summerstage, 7/72012 (more by Chris La Putt)

If you went to see Cloud Nothings at Central Park Summerstage this past Saturday (7/7) and wished for more than five songs, you're in luck. The band are sticking around NYC this week, playing Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, July 12. Also that same night -- again, this Thursday -- Cloud Nothings will play 285 Kent with DIIV. Tickets are $12 and on sale now.

Well...this explains why DIIV bailed on their 4th of July gig.

Thought Cloud Nothings were the best band on the bill on Saturday....following bands were each incrementally a bit less compelling. Though War on Drugs were still pretty great. POBPAH were a mismatch for the bill, and GBV's act is just growing old at this point. Great day overall though.

I'm really into this one really grungy guy that I see at shows. He's really hot, but he looks so unsanitary. I'm scared to fuck him though. I mean what about STDs? I never have casual sex. It just seems too risky. Everyone has herpes. It sucks. Fuck that! -A girl

Actually, they are not technically "sticking around" New York. They'll be back in Cleveland Wednesday July 11 to kick off the rock and Roll hall of Fame and Museum's Summer in the City. Then they'll be coming BACK to NYC.

Your blog looks nice, on the other hand it would be greater if you can use lighter colors as well as a professional design. This will ensure that a lot more readers come to check it out.Informative post by the way!
