Haim at Glasslands, May 2012 (more by Chris La Putt)
Haim

Los Angeles sibling trio Haim, who were here back in May, will be back in NYC for a Popshop show next Friday (Aug 2) at Santos with indie-rockers-turned-electro-soul-wannabes Pop Etc. Tickets for that show are on sale now. It's their only NYC show this visit, though they are playing a couple other East Coast shows. All of their dates are listed below.

Haim have spent some of the summer on tour with Mumford & Sons and are working on their debut album. You can check out video from their Glasslands' show in May at the bottom of this post.

Saw these guys open for Phantom Planet out in LA. Pretty good...but the bassist does this weird thing where she keeps her mouth opened like shes yelling the whole time.

To clear up a little something, NY was NEVER onsale at arcadefire.com today. I was refreshing all morning and it wasn't there. Whether it was ever supposed to be or not is the confusion. Merge said it would and neither they nor Arcade Fire has said anything to clear that up.
