Bloodiest at Saint Vitus 8/17/2012

Bloodiest celebrated the vinyl release of their recent LP, Descent, with a show at Saint Vitus on Friday (8/17), joined by Chrome Waves (current/ex-members of Nachtmystium, The Atlas Moth, The Gates of Slumber, Wolvhammer and more) and upstarts Vattnet Viskar. For the curious, Jef Whitehead (aka Wrest aka Leviathan) was not in attendance on bass for Chrome Waves, bowing out quietly before tour and was consequently replaced by the bassist from Gates of Slumber.
Pictures and video from the show are below, alongside a stream of Descent.

I would have enjoyed Bloodiest a lot more if the lead singer hadn't talked.

Another fleet of hillbillies washes up at St. Vitus. Nothing to see here.
