It was another packed, sweaty show at House of Vans on Thursday night (8/16), with old school emo vets Cursive, beloved New Jersians TItus Andronicus and long-running indie rockers Love as Laughter. Pictures from their set are in this post. Joyce Manor opened the show and then sped off for a second show in Brooklyn at Acheron and you can read about that and see their HoV pics here.
Cursive will soon be on the road with Minus the Bear for a tour that hits NYC in September. Titus, meanwhile, are putting the finishing touches on their new album, Local Business, which is out October 23 on XL. Sam Jayne of Love as Laughter will DJ between sets at Sonny & the Sunsets and Magic Trick‘s show at Glasslands on Saturday (8/18).
