Walter of Quicksand at Bowery Ballroom (more by Nicole Kibert)
Just a gentle nudge, for all of you Slip worshippers. Tickets for Quicksand's second NYC show (August 25 at Music Hall of Williamsburg) go on sale at noon TODAY (8/10) at noon. The show is the day after the band takes to the stage at Bowery Ballroom (8/24) and a week before they jet to the West Coast to take on FYF. Ladies and gentlemen, get your browsers ready.
If you don't snag a ticket (the band has implemented a will-call-only policy to help ward off the ne'er-do-wells) or even if you do, luckily you can catch Quicksand BEFORE that when the band plays Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on August 22nd.

Quicksand is the worse! I hated it when in Super Mario Brothers 2 I had to jump out of the quicksand before I got attacked by the poisionus flower fireshooting plant! AUUGH Still got nightmares!

Sorry to the losers who got shut out again. All is not lost though. I got 2 so I have one to sell and I still have 1 for Bowery left that I did not sell yet.
You are going to have to pay a shitload for them(won't accept any bids less than $170) but at least you get to see the show.
Check craigslist ad in about 20 minutes. Good luck

Fear not tickets for both shows will magically be released if Bowery does not scalp them all themselves at highly inflated prices.
I personally would not pay to see Jesus hand out free tickets to heaven if Bowery Presents was involved.
