Title Fight, Pianos Become the Teeth, and Canada's Single Mothers (who we first wrote about HERE) all pull from different aspects of the post-hardcore genre, and the three bands will be bringing their individual stylings on tour together this fall. From Title Fight, expect it of the raspy-voiced Hot Water Music-esque variety, where Pianos Become the Teeth will bring soaring, post-rock-infused hardcore, and Single Mothers' Americana punk isn't too far removed from a heavier Hold Steady. You can catch the three bands in NYC when the tour hits Bowery Ballroom on November 29. Tickets are not on sale yet but check ticketmaster for updates. Tigers Jaw is also on the bill. A list of all dates and the tour flier are below.

Title Fight are also set to release their new album, Floral Green, on September 18 via SideOneDummy. You can check out the video for the album's single, "Head In The Ceiling Fan," below, where you can also download the song in exchange for your email.

A list of all dates, tour flier, that video and widget are below.

The down syndrome guy is wearing a Yale shirt. LULZ!

Posted by Anonymous | August 13, 2012 11:03 AM

These guys would get raped at St. Vitus.

Posted by Anonymous | August 13, 2012 11:10 AM

hey, they're just a bunch of "FREE SPIRITS".

Posted by Anonymous | August 13, 2012 11:34 AM

Any member of this band would beat the shit out of an anonymous poster.

Posted by Anonymous | August 13, 2012 12:33 PM

I don't any member of this band could beat the shit out of a wet paper towel.

The more important question is, will there be pizza?

Posted by Anonymous | August 13, 2012 1:50 PM

@12:51

Which says a lot about anonymous posters.

Posted by Anonymous | August 13, 2012 2:40 PM

I dont know which is pathetic; the people on here who have no idea who this band is trying to comment facetiously and failing (Free Spirit is a band, dummy) or the people defending the band's fighting prowess.

That said, they play shitty pop punk. I'm consistently amazed that they play This is Hardcore every year. It's unfortunate.

Posted by Anonymous | August 13, 2012 2:57 PM

The fighting prowess comments are ridiculous. Let Yale boy at least finish puberty first.

Posted by Anonymous | August 13, 2012 3:00 PM

You guys are all truly idiotic. Yale is a band. They have a bulldog as their logo.

Posted by Anonymous | August 13, 2012 3:27 PM

Single Mothers will be great.

Posted by Eric | August 13, 2012 4:46 PM

I'm excited! All of these bands are great :)

A good insight and ideas.. I will use it in my article. You’ve obviously spent a lot of time on this. Congratulations!
