It's been a tough, wet summer for outside shows. Tonight's Summerscreen in McCarren Park (Empire Records) with Ducktails, Splash, and The Babies has been postponed due to the heavy rain, but will now happen August 29. You can still see The Babies, though, tonight when they play with Deep Time at Union Pool.

It's the 5-year anniversary of Finger on the Pulse's summer BBQ series tonight at Good Co. in Williamsburg. Computer Magic is DJing with food from Gwynett St. Rain or Shine. Starts at 7PM.

Tonight's Yeasayer show at Music Hall of Williamsburg is sold out, but will stream live on Bowery Present's YouTube channel.

Grimes, who played River Rocks last week, made her network TV debut on Jimmy Fallon last night. Check out her performance of "Genesis" below.

Grizzly Bear's appearance at StePhest Colbchella (on the Intrepid) aired last night on the Colbert show. Watch "Two Weeks," "Sleeping Ute," "Yet Again," and Colbert's interview with the band from it below.

Nude Beach made a video for their song "Walkin' Down My Street" from their album, II, which came out this week on Other Music's new label. You can watch it below.

Yeasayer? 311? Linkin Park? Incubus?

Shouldn't you guys be helping mom bake cookies or sharing your dolls with Sally next door or something?

Linkin Park was sick. I haven't really followed them since 2004, but they really surprised me with their live show last night. I can say, unapologetically, that the band pretty much defined my twenties and it was quite the joy to see how far they've come in the past decade. Needless to say, I was in the third row, screaming out every lyric I could with my fist in the air the entire time. I wasn't alone.

I really liked how they updated older songs for this tour. "Papercut" in particular was quite the surprise, especially so early on in the set. Though they waited until later on in the night to play classics like "One Step Closer" and "In The End," it was well worth the wait. Someone stepped on my arm in the mosh pit, but it was all in good fun. Newer songs like "What I've Done," "The Catalyst" and "Burn It Down" showed the growth of a band that epitomizes the 2000's.

Linkin Park is back. Get excited.

Given Up
With You
Somewhere I Belong
New Divide
Victimized / QWERTY
Lying From You
Lies Greed Misery
Points of Authority
Waiting for the End
Breaking the Habit
Leave Out All the Rest / Shadow of the Day / Iridescent
The Catalyst
Lost in the Echo
What I've Done
One Step Closer

Burn It Down
In the End
Bleed It Out

P.S. I like to smell my girlfriend's dirty socks.
