Governors Ball 2012 (more by Amanda Hatfield)

NYC music festival Governors Ball will return in 2013 for its second year at Randall's Island and third overall (it was initially held on Governors Island in 2011). The 2013 installment of the festival will go down on June 8 and 9. Pre-sale tickets will be announced in the next few weeks and the lineup will be announced in February.
This year's fest went down back in June and featured Passion Pit, Modest Mouse, Fiona Apple, Beck, Devendra Banhart, and more. PIcs of that are HERE and HERE.

I'm sick of the whole "buy tickets now and then find out who you bought tickets to see later" trend.

Why wild you need to buy tickets now? There's no danger of this thing selling out.
