Tickets for the recently added Swans shows at Bowery Ballroom and MHOW with Devendra Banhart go on sale today at noon. Tickets for their less recently announced Bowery Ballroom show with A Hawk and a Hacksaw, which happens about two weeks before the new ones, are still available.

Tickets for the Glen Campbell show at Carnegie Hall are on sale now.

Tickets for the X and Reverend Horton Heat shows at Irving Plaza and Starland Ballroom are on sale now.

Hot Tuna (electric) are returning to Beacon Theater on November 30 and December 1. Tickets for that show are on internet presale now and go on sale to the general public on Saturday (9/8) at 9 AM.

Tickets are on sale now for the David Byrne book discussion at NYPL.

Tickets for the Ash 20th anniversary show at Bowery Ballroom go on sale today at noon. Tickets for their Knitting Factory show go on sale Saturday (9/8) at 10 AM.

Tickets for the Deftones show at Terminal 5 go on sale today at noon.

Tickets for the Michael Kiwanuka show at MHOW, which Foy Vance and Marcus Foster are opening, go on sale today at noon.

Chromeo will be doing a DJ set to open the Justice show at Hammerstein Ballroom. Tickets for that show are still available.

Chris Brokaw (of Codeine, who reunited this year but may be done for good) has been added as an opener to the Mono shows at Le Poisson Rouge and Glasslands. Tickets for the LPR show and the Glasslands show are still available.

Green Day, who are working on new material this year (three albums to be exact), are playing an intimate (for them), but not this intimate, show in NYC at Irving Plaza on September 15 to celebrate the launch of Nokia Music. To get tickets, you have to "like" the Numero Uno Fan Facebook App presented by Nokia Music and AT&T and then click through to get all the details. The disclaimer reads: "Warning: Serious Green Day fans only."
