Anaal Nathrakh at Inferno 2012 (more by Fred Pessaro // BBG)
Anaal Nathrakh

Anaal Nathrakh's fascinating combo of black metal, grindcore and soaring, borderline-operatic vocals have carved a niche of their own over six full lengths. Blistering instrumentalist Mick Kenney and the over-the-top singer V.I.T.R.I.O.L. continue the trend on Vanitas, the band's new full length, out October15 via Candlelight Records.

Vanitas is another ten tracks from the Birmingham two-piece, including the new track "Forging Towards the Sunset," which rears its ugly head for the first time here. Stream it below and check out the video teaser for more Anaal insanity.

So far no US dates for the band, but friends in the Great White North can catch them in November at the dates below.

Sounds more like Constellation which is rad. The last one seemed a little too clean and less intense.

I'm laughing at the frowny baby in the picture and all of the people who take him and his band seriously.
