« Alabama Shakes on tour (dates), headlined Terminal 5 (pics), playing FreeFest today (stream it) | Jay-Z closes out Barclays Center run with help from Beyonce (night 8 setlist & video) »

Jay-Z has announced that pre-orders are now being taken for a Live in Brooklyn "optic EP". That picture of Jay in the new "Carter" Nets jersey from one of his eight Barclays Center shows is apparently the cover art. And though iTunes is accepting $9.99, so far it only lists eight unnamed tracks and videos. Meanwhile. Jay plays his eighth Barclays show tonight (10/6), and as previously mentioned, you can stream it online.
UPDATE: The show happened
Also streaming tonight: Virgin FreeFest from Maryland, Jack White included.

P.S. unrelated, but a friend's black chihuahua named Myrtle went missing today in Greenpoint. If you've seen the dog, get in touch HERE (there's a $1000 reward too)

This band is great live and on record. Haters to the left, as my main man Kenneth Parcells would say.
