Jay-Z @ Barclay's Center, 10/4/2012 (via @brooklynvegan Instagram)

Jay-Z, who kicked the eight-night run off back on 9/28, played his sixth show at the new Barclays Center last night (10/4, which we Instagrammed a bit, like the one above) and he'll play there again tonight (10/5) and Saturday (10/6). If you couldn't get tickets (or don't live near NYC) you can stream Jay-Z's final show (10/6) live via his new YouTube Channel at 9:30 PM EDT.

Why couldn't one get tickets? Of course they said SOLD OUT but that was just for hype and to soothe Jay Z's enormous ego. There are probably 5,000 tix still available for each remaining night!

Great seats Mr Vegan and am I the only one who noticed the cool lone figure in the lit doorway/entryway almost perfectly centered in the shot! If this blog thing doesn't work out you have a 2nd career as a photographer awaiting you!!!

Exactly right 3:25

Funny but right 3:27, kind of sad BV shilling for these shows and only gets nose bleeds.

jay z is the monkey boy for big business .. his involvement gives the illusion that he is doing something for the black community, which in a nutshell is smoothing over the reality that gentrification is driving them out while he gets a cut ...

Who is going to be sitting home on Saturday night just to watch this bullshit?

Posted by Anonymous | October 5, 2012 3:57 PM

3:25, how do i get those? There are none available through TicketMaster right now.

4:00,
Well you probably missed today's Ticketmaster drop. Or you can try back at 5 close to the show. Each day they have been selling some tickets.

Or you could just go on CL or SH late in the day and get em for face or less. That is if you know the game.

Or you could just go outside the show tonight and get em for even cheaper. Tons of sellers.

I know the stupid shit you were trying to say with your comment but you miss the point that 3:25 was making. This was not really sold out. Many tickets were pre sold to scalping agencies which explains the sell off now. Not to mention holds and give away's.

4:21, every big arena show is like that. No show is ever really sold out. And most artists/managers cut a deal with brokers/scalpers. I'm sure Jay does too. Everyone else does.

I would rather watch a YouTube stream of someone making a robust hummus platter.

Everyone else does.
