Deer Tick @ Red Hook Park, 6/21/2012 (more by Tracy Allison)

The previously discussed John McCauley & Friends show at Carnegie Hall on October 27 has expanded considerably, with McCauley roping in both his Deer Tick and Diamond Rugs projects while enlisting Jason Isbell, Mark Sultan (BBQ), and Langhorne Slim into the fold. Tickets are still available. The show goes down the day before McCauley teams with Justin Townes Earle as part of a Woodie Guthrie celebration at Pace University.
In other McCauley news, road trippers can look forward to catching Deer Tick outside of the five boroughs for New Year's Eve this year. Look for the band to bless The Sinclair in Boston, MA on New Year's Eve (12/31) as part of a two day stint in New England. All Deer Tick dates are below.
Diamond Rugs recently released a NSFW video for "Blue Mountains" from their self titled debut. Check out that video alongside all tour dates, including a free Sailor Jerry-presented NC show, below.

They're letting this bar-rock moron play Carnegie Hall? Glad to see they don't have standards anymore.

Love Deer Tick, Diamond Rugs and Mark Sultan but $40-50 is pretty pricey for a bunch of acts I've seen at better venues for $20. Any discounts out there?

How this drunken talentless clown has gotten this far is so beyond my comprehension. He must have an iphone full of incriminating photos of important people.
